Overview :

We are seeking a Jr. Marketing Art Director to support the creative team in developing and executing multi-channel marketing materials. This role will contribute to print, digital, social media, packaging, and event-related projects while collaborating with teams across Brand, Marketing, HR, and Corporate Communications. Under the guidance of senior creative leaders, this position will help bring strategic ideas to life and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.

Pay : $35 - $40 / hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible

Jr. Marketing Art Director Duties :

• Design branded assets such as brochures, signage, presentations, web and social content, and campaign materials.
• Collaborate with copywriters and creative teams to develop visual storytelling concepts.
• Create sketches, storyboards, rough layouts, and final design executions.
• Assist with packaging design, ensuring alignment with brand identity and manufacturability.
• Maintain brand guidelines and templates for consistency across platforms.
• Manage multiple projects, track deliverables, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Present work to internal teams and incorporate feedback as needed.
