Junior UX Researcher

A company is looking for a Jr UX Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct usability tests, interviews, and iterative research to shape product outcomes

Synthesize research data into insights that inform product strategy and design decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and advocate for user needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field with 2+ years of research experience or 3+ years of equivalent experience

Basic knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods

Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred : Master's degree in HCI, Psychology, or a related field with 1+ year of industry research experience
