Overview

This role leads the Human Resources functions for multiple properties, partnering with the executive committee and developing HR strategies to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage HR functions across multiple properties.
• Serve as an active partner to the Executive Committee, providing specialist HR support.
• Oversee recruitment, compensation / benefits, and employee / labor relations.
• Coach and advise management on all HR-related matters.
• Develop and administer policies and programs that enable associates to maximize their contribution.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting activities.
• Provide leadership and employee relations support to all associates.
• Manage performance management and salary review processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment and labor laws.
• Translate business priorities into HR strategies, plans, and actions.
• Address collective bargaining issues, resolve grievances, and foster constructive labor relationships.
• Prepare documentation for contract negotiations and grievance hearings as needed.
• Ensure compliance with terms of collective bargaining agreements.
• Develop and oversee employee recognition programs.
• Direct associate outreach programs in the community.
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.

Pay Scale : $149,000.00 – $175,000.00
