- Civil Project Manager - My client has a unique opportunity for a civil / highway engineer with background in DOT and civil transportation. This office specializes in roadway, bridges, traffic engineering, water and wastewater services, and public involvement. This person will play a big role in the growth of the Massachusetts operations, and should be comfortable leading business development efforts as well as executing project work.
What you will do -
Serve as Project Manager on transportation projectsCreate and execute project work plansManage project teams, accountable for budget and scheduleCoordinate with all disciplines internally and externally with subconsultantsManage and mentor junior staffContribute to Division strategic growth initiativesChampion relationships with key clients, including MassDOTRepresent Benesch at industry and professional engagement eventsAbility to identify opportunities and lead strategic project pursuitsCollaborate on regional growth strategyLeadership track potentialWhat we are looking for -
BSCE or related disciplineMust have PEMinimum of 10 years of design experience including managing projectsExperience working on DOT projectsA track record of adhering to design budgets and project schedulesExcellent communication and client relation skillsWhat does the Firm offer you?
