• Civil Project Manager - My client has a unique opportunity for a civil / highway engineer with background in DOT and civil transportation. This office specializes in roadway, bridges, traffic engineering, water and wastewater services, and public involvement. This person will play a big role in the growth of the Massachusetts operations, and should be comfortable leading business development efforts as well as executing project work.
