Are you detail-driven, dependable, and ready to play a key role in warehouse accuracy? We’re hiring an Inventory Control Associate to join our overnight team in a cold food storage facility on the east side of Indianapolis. If you’re comfortable working in a chilled environment and thrive on organization and precision, this opportunity is for you!

Location : East Side of Indianapolis

Schedule : Wednesday-Sunday, 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hour

Work Environment : Cold food storage facility (34°ree;F)

Job Summary :

As an Inventory Control Associate, you’ll be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, tracking stock levels, and supporting warehouse operations in a temperature-controlled environment. Your attention to detail will help keep orders running smoothly and customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

Maintain proper documentation and records of inventory activity

Assist with replenishment and stock rotation following FIFO principles

Work collaboratively with warehouse teams to meet operational goals

Follow GMP, food safety, and safety protocols at all times

What You’ll Need :

Ability to work in a cold environment (34°ree;F) for extended periods

Dependability and strong attendance record

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand / walk for the majority of your shift

Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred, but not required
