Seeking BE / BC Geriatric / Internal Med Physician to join team in Milwaukee, WI area. The team's senior health services offer a comprehensive memory loss assessment clinic designed to meet the needs of older adults and their caregivers. Our multi-disciplinary team is comprised of geriatric-focused providers including a nurse practitioner, neuropsychologist, and psychiatrists. They collaborate to develop a plan of care that includes treatment recommendations, a review of support services and community resources, and education for the patient and family.

Compensation & Benefits :

Group offers a two-year guaranteed salary with incentive formula, a generous signing bonus, moving expenses and a comprehensive benefits package.
