Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Assistant Montessori Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist the lead teacher in implementing Montessori-based activities and lesson plans that foster a love of learning in young children. You will support the classroom environment, encourage independence, and work closely with students to develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, a positive attitude, and a commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom. Montessori experience is preferred but not required.
