Job Description

• Drive cross-functional alignment by ensuring design and fabrication deliverables meet PMP requirements and approved data flow-downs, collaborating seamlessly between Engineering and Operations.
• Design and deliver immersive training that equips new hires and existing team members for success in quality initiatives, making onboarding both effective and engaging.
• Own system enhancements —proactively revamping processes and quality control systems to exceed standards and ensure continuous operational excellence.
• Lead with autonomy , managing inspections, protocol improvements, and quality evaluations with minimal supervision and maximum impact.
• Enforce vendor excellence by ensuring supplier alignment with quality flow-downs, reinforcing the integrity of every component and process.
• Perform precision inspections , using advanced tools to validate parts against stringent requirements—safeguarding quality from start to finish.

The Successful Applicant

• Holds a Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) with 2-5 years of experience in mechanical or quality engineering
• Work emphasizes mechanical / quality engineering domains.
