Sales Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Sales Assistant with 3 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, located in Manhattan, New York.
Responsibilities :
- Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Executive Sales Manager across sales and account management functions.
- Prepare and organize materials for sales meetings; attend sessions to capture detailed notes and convert them into actionable follow-ups.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of product samples, ensuring accurate tracking from request through return.
- Oversee the end-to-end order process, from item setup to final delivery, maintaining a 99% accuracy rate in data entry and documentation.
- Submit item setups via retailer portals and spreadsheets, verifying all required fields are completed and accurate prior to submission.
- Utilize PLM systems and customer portals to monitor product data, deadlines, and status updates.
- Review purchase orders thoroughly to confirm dates, quantities, pricing, and terms before final approval.
- Maintain and update master Excel sheets to ensure precise order tracking and reporting.
- Ensure all internal and external communications are timely, clear, and properly documented.
Experience :
