Salary : $70,000 - $85,000 per year + annual bonus

Summary :
We have an opening for a skilled and strategic Corporate Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across our organization. This individual will be responsible day-to-day, full life cycle recruiting, broad-based sourcing strategy, talent pipeline development, reporting, and customer-centric relationship building across the enterprise.
Responsibilities :
Own full life cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions in all functions and levels of the companyExecute sourcing strategies aligned with business function talent needs utilizing new or existing sourcing channelsEstablish talent networks to build immediate and long-term diverse local, regional or national candidate pipelinesFacilitate comprehensive, compliant selection processEnsure talent acquisition processes and best practices are executedEstablish and maintain strong relationships within HR, with the Senior Leadership Team and across business leader networkReport on key metrics pertaining to time, cost and quality of hire; recruitment bench; sourcing; candidate and manager satisfactionFacilitate consistent hiring and on-boarding practicesEstablish best in class candidate and hiring manager experienceAll other duties as assignedEducation Requirements :
Bachelor's degree is required.Basic Requirements :
This individual must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills while displaying the highest degree of integrity in implementing the industry's best practices (sourcing, recruiting, candidate assessment). The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, creative, proactive, and understand the urgency and confidentiality of the recruiting function. The individual must thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Minimum of 5 years full life-cycle corporate recruiting experiencePassion for recruitingSkills, knowledge and applications related to recruitment marketing, online sourcing, and social recruitmentExperience in sourcing and networkingExperience in recruiting for corporate functionsUnderstanding of employment lawProficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word & Excel) and Applicant Tracking SystemsAbility to source, screen, and interview large volumes of candidates for numerous openings or more complex rolesStrong consultative and influencing skillsStrong agility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic and changing organizationPreferred Requirements :
