On Call Rate : The on call pay is $4.00 an hr and if called in gets time and half of pay rate

Qualifications :
2 years of Recent Acute Care CVOR RN experience Required.Florida RN license and / or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.(APRN) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or (RN) Registered NurseRegistered Nurse Diploma, or Associate DegreeAdvanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start dateBasic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateEmergency Nurse Pediatric Course, or PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
Duties :
Evaluate patients prior to surgeryProvide patient and family education surrounding the procedure and peri-operative processAssume responsibility for patient preparation, including intravenous therapy, preoperative medications, and surgical site verificationParticipate in surgical site verification, including briefing, time out, debriefing, and universal protocols, according to hospital policyRecognize and respond to patient emergenciesDeliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiativesBe an integral member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team – consisting of the provider(s), surgeons, surgical technologists and moreConsistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patientsAbout First Connect Health
