Location : San Diego, CA

Schedule : Full Time, Hybrid

Pay : $35 - $44 / hour

Our client is seeking a Payroll Specialist to assist their team. This is e xciting opportunity to support a publicly traded firm with payroll tax support and international payroll.

Some Job Duties Include :

• Processing multi-state payroll on a bi-weekly basis for US employees via UltiPro
• Record journal entries
• Review and update international information to vendors
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Enter all data entry for payroll processing or reporting needs
• Reconcile nonexempt timecards in UltiPro Time and attendance module Requirements :
• 3-5 years' of payroll experience, full-cycle payroll processing
• Large payroll software experience (Peoplesoft, Ceridian, UKG etc.)
• Team oriented and collaborative attitude
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills Nice to have :
• Payroll accounting experience (journal entries, PTO accruals)
• International payroll experience
