StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $349.20 - $378.00

This facility is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule :  Monday- Friday 7 : 30a-3 : 30p
• Practice Setting : Clinic Setting
• Type of cases and required procedures : Endoscopy lab, 10-12 patients per day
• Credentialing timeframe : 60+ days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC
• Certifications required : Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Licensure required : Will take licensing! Wisconsin license
