Charter Coordination Specialist

The Charter Coordination Specialist is an entry level position with great career advancement opportunities. Primary Job Duties

Responsibilities :

• Monitor and respond to relevant communications from business partners and clients.
• Arrange and track logistical support / documentation for booked trips
• Assist applicable teams with needed trip information such as client requests, day of flight changes, updates to operational status, etc.

Minimum Requirements

Pass a background check and drug screening

Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Adaptability to changing priorities and time management skills

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Excellent communication skills

Flexible schedule allowing work during nights, weekends and holidays

This is a full-time position, starting at $16.13 an hour

Must live or relocate to St. George Utah
