Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a surveying crew, providing clear instructions and guidance to ensure accurate and efficient fieldwork execution
• Conduct field surveys using various surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS, levels, and data collectors
• Perform boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, and other types of land surveying activities as required
• Set up and operate surveying instruments, ensuring accurate measurements and precise data collection
• Analyze and interpret survey data, prepare detailed survey reports, and maintain accurate records of field activities
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
• Assist in the preparation of survey proposals, estimates, and work plans
• Ensure compliance with surveying standards, regulations, and safety protocols
• Train and mentor junior surveying staff, providing guidance on surveying techniques and best practices
