First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Bismarck, North Dakota.

Requirements – Behavioral Health RN

2 years of experience .

Experience : Acute inpatient psychiatric or state hospital experience required

Skills : Strong de-escalation and communication skills; ability to manage adolescent and adult psych patients

Certifications : BLS, CHI Health

Trauma Level : I

Charting : EPIC

Shifts & Scheduling

Shift Options : 12-hour (7a–7p, 7p–7a) or 8-hour (7a–3p, 3p–11p, 11p–7a)

Scheduling : Self-scheduling based on seniority (union hospital); manager balances schedule; block scheduling considered if possible

Floating : May float within hospital (support roles or 1 : 1s

Dress Code : Any scrubs except maroon, or business casual
