New Beginning HCSP is a Medicaid Waiver Program Provider based in Harlingen, Texas that supplies services and support to Texans with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Our doors have been open to the community since May 2019 and just recently opened our second location in Hidalgo County! We hope to continue serving our fellow Texans for years to come!

New Beginning HCSP LLC. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic LVN to join our growing team! You will be responsible in providing nursing services to ISS clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The opening is a full-time position with a set schedule of Monday to Friday with working hours of 8am - 5pm. Our agency is not open on weekends, however, as a nurse you will have rotating on-call weekends to ensure calls and questions are being answered if clients or staff members have any nursing needs. On call weekends only require the candidate to be reachable via phone for questions and directives.

As an LVN for our organization, you will be provided with an office space, phone, and laptop at the agency's expense. Most importantly, you will be responsible for the care of an amazing group of individuals!

LVN Case Manager :

Is responsible for assessing clients' conditions, needs, behaviors, and symptoms and recording that information in accurate and detailed records.

Monitors medication interactions and oversees the administration of regular and irregular medications.

Must educate clients, families, and providers on proper medication administration, condition treatment, etc.

Is to create care plans and monitor client recovery.

Must perform client skills assessments, Monthly Nursing Reports, Group Home Visits (Face-to-Face), etc. during the course of their duties.

Preferred Qualifications :

At least 1yr. of Nursing Experience

Bilingual

LVN Nursing License

CPR Certified

Valid DL
