temporary heat and dehumidification planning, identifying project mockup and testing needs, net value engineering analysis, water intrusion control planning
Procurement Ensure schedule quality analysis is completed at scheduled intervals.Define DFOWReview project sprinkler sign off strategyReview building drain assembly analysisEnsure Pre-Op meetings are scheduled, and proper agendas are being used.
Attend critical meetings as neededReview finish floor assembly build up analysis
- Construction Ensure all summit meetings are heldFacilitate QA / QC inspection customization and program roll out workflowTrack Material VerificationsReview benchmark management proceduresEnsure implementation of various planning and analysis from ProcurementReview ADA ComplianceReview firestopping inspections logReview Occupancy roadmap
- Turnover & Close Out Facilitate project punch list and turnover program planningReview equipment commissioning, training and turnover statusesEnsure strong project finish
Required Experience
- A bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 5-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area is a plus.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
