About the Role

This is a critical strategic hire tasked with strengthening preconstruction capabilities and driving San Antonio growth toward a $100M target within the next 3–5 years.

The role bridges Preconstruction, Estimating, and Business Development, offering high visibility and direct partnership with regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all preconstruction efforts for the San Antonio office.
• Collaborate closely with the Austin-based BD Director to generate and win new business.
• Attend client meetings, dinners, and industry events — must be able to “read the room” and represent the company professionally.
• Perform detailed cost analysis, budgeting, and conceptual estimating.
• Serve as the primary preconstruction contact for the San Antonio market while working with regional support teams.
