Our client has full-time, immediate openings for skilled Commercial Electricians in the Tampa Bay Area, FL . We are seeking experienced professionals who take pride in their work and are excited to contribute to some of the most prominent construction projects in the region.
Electricians
- Experience : You are an experienced Electrician with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Commercial Background : Experience in commercial settings such as hospitals, schools, malls, stores, and other commercial buildings is preferred.
- License and Transportation : Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
Leads
- Experience : Leads should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Commercial field (Journeymen preferred) and at least 2 years in a leadership role on Commercial projects.
- Expertise : Strong knowledge of National Electrical Codes and the ability to read and interpret blueprints is essential.
- Leadership Skills : Ability to effectively communicate job requirements and safety standards in English, as well as motivate and lead a job crew.
- Communication : Generate Requests for Information (RFIs), memorandums, and other forms of communication to provide accurate information to team members.
- Supervision : Monitor, direct, and improve the quantity, quality, and safety of work performed by the crew, while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- License and Transportation : Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
