Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney specializing in Family Law to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice, represent clients in family law matters, and work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law cases including divorce, child custody, and support matters.
• Research and analyze legal issues related to family law to support case preparation.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court hearings and negotiations effectively.
• Maintain communication with clients to keep them informed about their case status and developments.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to provide comprehensive legal services.
