Men's Locker Room Supervisor

The Men’s Locker Room Supervisor will help foster the culture through self-leadership, passion, integrity, creativity and hospitality.  The Men’s Locker Room Supervisor will support the Managers to ensure the department and staff provide a genuinely elegant, relaxing, and memorable experience. The Men’s Locker Room Supervisor is responsible for all facets of the locker room, as it relates to operations & cleanliness, efficient operations, customer service, & team development. Success relies in strong leadership, outstanding hospitality, & resources to support staff with product education and environment awareness education. The Men’s Locker Room Supervisor will assist in educating staff on all retail products the Locker Room offers, as well as services we provide in our Spa, ensuring the highest quality of service standards and profitability. The Men’s Locker Room Supervisor will work closely with the Managers and attendants to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing procedures and coaching staff. The Men’s Locker Room Supervisor is expected to create / maintain a fun and rewarding experience for our staff and guests.

Pay Rate : $21.25 per hour. This position is considered entry level.

Full-time Schedule : Sunday : off

Monday : off

Tuesday : 3 : 30-11 : 00pm

Wednesday : 3 : 30-11 : 00pm

Thursday : 3 : 30-11 : 00pm

Friday : 3 : 30-11 : 00pm

Saturday : 1 : 00-9 : 00pm
