As the Senior Manager of Patient Operations, you’ll lead in shaping and optimizing how to support patients throughout their entire care journey. You’ll combine strategic vision, operational mastery, and a deep understanding of patient needs to elevate both outcomes and experiences.

• Analyze core operational workflows to uncover areas for enhanced efficiency

• Establish and track KPIs to ensure team accountability and progress
• Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
• Act as the ultimate escalation resource for sensitive or complex patient issues
