Your Day-To-Day as a Client Success Specialist

Engage with new and existing customers to sell and introduce them to new services and promotions from Frontier Communications.

Build lasting relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and support.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, and resolving any issues with patience and a positive attitude.

Educate customers on product features and benefits, ensuring they get the most value out of their services.

Conduct regular check-ins to gauge customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Proactively anticipate customer needs and suggest solutions before problems arise.

Collaborate with fellow Client Success Specialists to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey from sale to service.

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer trends and pain points.
