Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support their Clean and Resilient Buildings initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Identify business needs, elicit specifications and requirements, and develop innovative solutions

Prepare and review functional specifications, ensuring sign-off and documentation of system processes

Manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and support program reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field with two years of systems analysis experience, or an Associate degree with five years of experience

2+ years of experience in functional design and gap analysis requirements in Salesforce

Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and familiarity with Salesforce Lightning capabilities

Experience with relational databases and ability to create basic SQL queries

Knowledge of IT systems including Salesforce, Jira, SharePoint, and Tableau
