What we are looking for :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support daily operations and program management activities within a fast-paced production environment. This position plays a key role in supporting site operations, maintaining accurate data and documentation, and ensuring the smooth execution of program objectives in alignment with organizational standards. Once familiar with the scope of the role, the successful candidate is expected to operate as a self-startertaking ownership of tasks, anticipating program needs, and driving activities forward with minimal external direction.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with site leadership to implement and reinforce company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collect, organize, and maintain administrative data; develop clear, data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Review supervisor reports for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and facilitate timely resolutions.
- Maintain and update personnel rosters, shift schedules, and event assignments.
- Serve as the primary contact for IT-related activities, including basic troubleshooting and asset inventory management.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration across internal teams and with external partners.
- Contribute to program development initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a production or operations setting (aerospace, manufacturing, construction, or similar industry).Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools; familiarity with data analytics and reporting software is a plus.Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly across teams.Decision-Making : Capable of analyzing data and making informed, timely decisions to support program goals.Organization : Exceptional attention to detail, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.Teamwork : Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment and build positive relationships.Adaptability : Flexibility in shift availability. While the position will primarily operate on first shift, occasional support on alternate shifts may be required on short notice to meet program needs.Requirements :
