Are you a retail pro who knows how to build fixtures, read a planogram, and lead a team? Champion Installs is looking for experienced Field Supervisors to lead store setup projects across the U.S. If you've worked retail, managed teams, and take pride in getting the job done right — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

• Lead teams during new store builds, remodels, and relocations
• Read and execute planograms and schematics accurately
• Install, move and replace steel racking / gondolas
• Move products from old racking to new racking. Familiarity with using skates to move and relocate gondolas
• Merchandise product to visual standards
• Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and leadership
• Solve problems on-site and keep projects on track
• Ensure a safe, clean, and positive work environment
