Job Title : Electrical Project Manager – Hospital Project (Yuma, AZ)

Location : Yuma, Arizona

Compensation : $140,000 – $150,000 annually

Relocation : Candidates must live near Yuma or be willing to relocate

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee a major hospital project in Yuma, Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with strong commercial, healthcare, and residential electrical project experience to manage all aspects of construction from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance with client and code requirements.
• Lead progress meetings, coordinate with general contractors, owners, and design teams.
• Track project costs, prepare change orders, and maintain accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies and promote a strong safety culture on site.
• Mentor and support field teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
