Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to support Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) in Dahlgren, Virginia , as a Learning Standards Specialist . The role involves supporting various training and systems acquisition activities for the U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales programs, including training analysis, curriculum development, and impact assessment of change recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Learning Standards Office (LSO) Training Support
• Perform training analysis of existing and proposed courses / materials, ensuring compliance with current guidance
• Contribute to the development of Business Case Analysis (BCAs), Front-End Analysis (FEAs), and Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA)
• Develop, update, and deliver AIM-based products and SCORM-compliant material for the Navy's Learning Management System (LMS)
• Support curriculum pilots and provide feedback in accordance with NAVEDTRA 130 series
• Analyze change recommendations and assess their impact on system readiness and user functionality for both U.S. Navy and FMS
