Director of Biostatistics

A company is looking for a Director of Biostatistics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the statistical program strategy for complex programs

Influence product lifecycle through Evidence Generation Plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Oversee statistical contributions to key product-related documentation and ensure high statistical standards

Required Qualifications

Doctorate in Statistics / Biostatistics with post-graduate experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical research (8 years minimum)

Master's degree in Statistics / Biostatistics or related subject with high statistical content (10 years minimum)

Experience in Oncology / Hematology therapy area is preferred

Proven leadership and resource management skills

Ability to manage and develop staff effectively
