A company is looking for a Medical Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations and provide accounting support.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and post entries in accounting systems
Process accounts payable invoices, payroll, and manage vendor relationships
Manage the medical insurance receivables cycle, including billing, denial resolution, and collections
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in medical insurance claims management within a clinical setting
Proven experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable / receivable, and payroll functions
Solid understanding of State and Federal healthcare laws and regulations (HIPAA)
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
