Job descriptionDual position, APM / Super will require travel throughout DC, MD, VA, and NJ to check in on projects, so this individual does have to be a bit of a nomad remote opportunities as needed. Our client will be providing a gas card for commuting and for the NJ site, and they have a company house that they can stay at as well. While our client mainly focuses in the gov space, this hire doesn't need government experience, they will look at general commercial construction. Salary is up to $90k a year 2–5 years of experience working with a Commercial General Contractor. Experience with Federal Government projects, commercial interior projects, or base build projects are all excepted. Degree preferred Tech Savvy, there will be a technical test during the interview to gauge their knowledge. EM-385, QC, OSHA30, First Aid is a plus!
