LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing speciality insurance firm in Chicago, seeking a Head of Compensation. This firm bringsover 70 years of industry expertise and havebeen globallyrecognized and awaredfor their innovation, diverse product portfolio, and white glove customer service approach.
As the Head of Compensation , you’ll oversee the full scope of compensation strategy, design, and execution across a dynamic, multi-entity insurance business. You’ll partner closely with senior HR and business leaders to ensure compensation programs attract, retain, and reward top talent—while leading a team through ongoing integration and modernization efforts following a recent merger.
Head of Compensation Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of compensation strategy, including executive, broad-based, and incentive programs.
Manage and mentor a team of compensation professionals.
Drive compensation-related initiatives tied to organizational transformation, including mergers and integrations.
Partner with HR and business leaders on offer management, pay equity, and market competitiveness.
Oversee annual compensation cycles, market surveys, and job architecture design.
Provide thought leadership on compensation trends and best practices.
Head of Compensation Qualifications
This position can offer up to a$180,000 base salary, plus30% target bonus, as well as benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401k match.
This position is based full-time in Chicago, IL.
