Location : Remote (CA or WA preferred)
Employment Logistics : The Strategic Account Manager supports OnTrac's largest existing customers by building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This is a long-cycle sales role focused on growing package volume through consultative engagement and operational support. The role works closely with the Director of Customer Success and internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction and drive strategic growth.
