Job description

A company is looking for a Wellness Sales Enablement Lead to enhance sales effectiveness and strategy execution in wellness services.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the subject matter expert for wellness services, advising sales teams on industry trends and competitive landscapes

Develop sales enablement materials and training programs to support sales teams in effectively communicating wellness solutions

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to drive sales cycle efficiency and increase deal closure rates

Required Qualifications :

5-7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales enablement, preferably in wellness or healthcare

10+ years of expertise in wellness services, including knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscapes

Proven success in executing sales enablement programs that lead to increased sales revenue

Strong project management skills to meet critical milestones and deadlines

Flexibility to accommodate client meetings across different time zones
