Job descriptionBase Salary + Competitive Commission : Annual base pay plus strong commission potential. Career Growth : Ongoing training, mentorship, and tools for long-term success. Generate insurance quotes, present solutions, and close sales. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Help clients understand coverage options that fit their needs. Stay informed on industry trends and Farmers Insurance products. Meet sales goals while continuing to grow skills and knowledge. Must hold or be willing to obtain Colorado Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses. Sales or client-facing experience preferred; insurance background is helpful but not required. Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, coachable, and committed to growth.

Overview
