Job description

Job Description :

  • The Vice President of Operations is responsible for overseeing the strategic and day-to-day operational performance of all company-owned and franchise quick service restaurant locations.
  • This executive role ensures operational excellence, drives revenue growth, optimizes cost efficiency, and upholds brand standards across all units.
  • The VP of Operations will lead regional managers, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, HR, and finance, and play a key role in scaling the brand through operational innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute operational strategies to support company goals.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer experiences.
  • Manage P&L performance, labor, and food cost controls across locations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop regional and district leadership teams.
  • Implement and refine operational procedures and training programs.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Support new store openings and franchisee onboarding.

    • Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in the QSR or food service industry.
  • Strong financial acumen and proven success in multi-unit management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field.
