Claims Recovery Specialist

A company is looking for a Specialist, Claims Recovery (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Review Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace claims for overpayments and ensure provider compliance

Prepare written notifications and maintain reports related to outstanding payments and uncollectible claims

Research claims payments and validate overpayments while processing claims accurately in recovery applications

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

1-3 years of experience in claims adjudication or relevant work experience

Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service

Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare insurance environment with Medicaid or Managed Care

Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
