Job description

HonorVet Technologies is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Apple Valley, California.

Title : Physical Therapist – Pediatrics (Outpatient)

Location : Apple Valley, CA

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day, 5×8-Hour (8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM)

Requirements :

  • Active California PT license.
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year of pediatric PT experience
  • Experience with infant and pediatric populations
  • Outpatient clinic or pediatric home health experience accepted

    • Preferred

  • Epic charting system
  • Skills in developmental delay, torticollis, cerebral palsy, orthopedic injuries, and milestone assessment
  • Able to perform full scope of PT duties : evaluation, plan of care, reassessment, discharge documentation
  • Experience with PDMS-2 assessment preferred
  • Patient Age Groups : Adolescents, Infants, Pediatrics
