Key Responsibilities
Guide and support Customers and Team Members through the onboarding journey
Provide documentation and organize meetings to address questions and manage custom requests
Ensure accurate data processing and maintain onboarding documentation and processes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HR or a customer-facing role for an HR SaaS platform
Experience in managing customer meetings and escalations
Track record of improving customer satisfaction metrics
Experience in following and improving team processes
Fluent in English with a reliable home internet connection
