Are you passionate about strategy and technology? Are you self-organizing, motivated, and client-focused? We are looking for a Growth & Strategy Senior Consultant - Technology who will be responsible for leading and writing compelling proposals to grow Aleut’s customer base.

This includes partnering with internal and external teams to develop scalable, flexible, and cutting-edge assets, solutions and thought leadership pieces to support our clients on their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as a growth lead to drive all aspects of proposal development (solutions, writing, pricing, etc.)
• Analyze RFIs and RFPs for customer requirements and develop a solution that fits the needs of the customer
• Understand the competitive landscape and develop price-to-win strategies to submit winning proposals
• Develop thought leadership pieces to include white papers, lead prototypes, and proofs of concepts relevant to opportunities
• Conceptualize an innovative technology strategy and execute that strategy
• Interact with senior-level customers to build relations, introduce new technologies, and present opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with the delivery team to infuse technology, Agile principles, and human-centered design best practices, where applicable
• Approach IT solutions from multiple perspectives (such as business, organization, security, data, and technology)
• Understand new technology solutions to present design and implementation details to customers
• Able to execute within the small business regulations, specifically those related to the SBA 8(a) program

Requirements :

• 5+ years of overall experience involving IT solutions, Agile practices, cloud, and cybersecurity processes
• Experience developing white papers, RFI responses, and proposals
• Experience as a Technology Solution Architect in support of government CIO / CTO organizations
• Experience and knowledge of systems involving web, microservices, containerization, DevSecOps, and low-code / no-code platforms
• Experience in a customer-facing role using DevOps concepts such as SCM, CI / CD, Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, observability, etc
• Experience with engineering tools including Confluence, Jira, BigPicture, and others
• Experience and knowledge of the NIST control framework
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Great writing skills involving customer-ready presentations, proposal content, and technical documentation
• Great presentation skills to different audiences including senior-level clients, business SMEs, and developers
• Experience with developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients and industry partners
• Relevant certifications (SAFe Agilist, CSM, PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, Cloud Solution Architect, etc.)
• Ability to work as a self-starter, take initiative, and execute tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to travel (up to 20%) to meet with clients and teaming partners, support proposal efforts and attend conferences

Preferred Relevant Certifications :

• CISM Certified Information Security Manager
• CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• AWS Certifications
• Microsoft Certifications
• Or any other relevant certifications

Salary Range $120K-$140K
