IT Analyst I - Desktop at Bank of Hope

Responsibilities

• Manage IT Desktop's asset inventory and portfolio, including purchase, deployment, utilization tracking, redeployment, maintenance coverage plans / agreements, retirement, and disposal of software and hardware.
• Provide day-to-day consultation, training, instruction and troubleshooting or problem-solving to technical staff and end users for hardware, software, and related computer systems.
• Perform reconciliation with the Procurement team on Cost Center.
• Research and update new hardware and / or vendor options for IT Desktop.
• End user support for handheld and peripheral devices.
• Create SNOW tickets to update or improve current or new processes with automation.
• Implement performance upgrades to PCs, including installation of CPUs, I / O and NIC cards, ribbon cables, hard drives, RAM, CD-ROMs, etc.
• Document instances of desktop equipment or component failure, repair, installation, and removal.
• Handle the ticketing system, phone and email support.
• Support may be required in emergencies, either in-person or remotely, and sometimes after normal business hours.
• Maintain IT inventory.
• Onsite branch / department support.

Job Qualifications / Requirements

Salary range for this full-time position is $20.20 Hourly - $21.64 Hourly + bonus + benefits. Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
