IT Analyst I - Desktop at Bank of Hope
Responsibilities
- Manage IT Desktop's asset inventory and portfolio, including purchase, deployment, utilization tracking, redeployment, maintenance coverage plans / agreements, retirement, and disposal of software and hardware.
- Provide day-to-day consultation, training, instruction and troubleshooting or problem-solving to technical staff and end users for hardware, software, and related computer systems.
- Perform reconciliation with the Procurement team on Cost Center.
- Research and update new hardware and / or vendor options for IT Desktop.
- End user support for handheld and peripheral devices.
- Create SNOW tickets to update or improve current or new processes with automation.
- Implement performance upgrades to PCs, including installation of CPUs, I / O and NIC cards, ribbon cables, hard drives, RAM, CD-ROMs, etc.
- Document instances of desktop equipment or component failure, repair, installation, and removal.
- Handle the ticketing system, phone and email support.
- Support may be required in emergencies, either in-person or remotely, and sometimes after normal business hours.
- Maintain IT inventory.
- Onsite branch / department support.

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
