Job Title : Administrative Support Specialist
Position Summary :
The Administrative Support Specialist provides a broad range of clerical, organizational, and operational assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office or department. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist with data entry, database management, and recordkeeping.
- Support procurement, supply ordering, and inventory management.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, or staff as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials.
- Provide administrative support to staff and management as directed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.Proven experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.Working Conditions :
