Michelle Espejo with Robert Half Financial Services is recruiting for a Senior Accountant at a privately held real estate investment firm. This is a full-time permanent role based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule. Join a growing real estate investment firm with ~$1B AUM and several active funds. The team invests across opportunistic, value-add, transitional assets, high-yield debt, and long-term high-quality properties. Backed by institutions, family offices, and HNW investors, they move fast and deliver results. This is a chance to work closely with experienced leaders, gain hands-on exposure to fund and real estate operations, and grow in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Responsibilities :

• Support financial analysis, valuations, and performance reporting
• Review accounting, budgets, and property cash flows
• Manage investor reporting, allocations, and waterfalls with fund administrators
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, and carry calculations
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting
• Collaborate with operating partners on property operations and compliance
• Handle LP reporting and diligence requests
