You'll work closely with People Team leaders and collaborate with IT, Facilities, and business leaders to analyze data, evaluate trends, and support efforts to strengthen our culture, workplace experience, and future of work strategy. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Culture, this role is perfect for someone excited about building a career at the intersection of data, people, AI, and culture.

What you'd be doing :

• Partner with People, IT, and Facilities teams to analyze data on workplace utilization, employee engagement, and distributed work trends.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze workforce and workplace data, identify patterns, and generate insights that inform decision-making.
• Support the development of dashboards, surveys, and reports to measure workplace effectiveness and culture outcomes.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis on topics such as office usage, hybrid / remote work patterns, and collaboration effectiveness.
• Assist with strategic projects that enhance distributed work, culture-building, and employee experience initiatives.
• Help prepare presentations and insights for senior leadership to inform decisions on workplace design and culture strategy.
• Contribute to process improvements that improve collaboration across teams and strengthen employee experience.
