The role includes handling early-stage litigation processes, signing new clients, conducting case evaluations, and providing exceptional client service. The position offers a guaranteed commission structure and a generous retention bonus.

Duties

• Sign up new clients and initiate case development
• Conduct legal analysis and evaluate individual case issues
• Review demands and participate in early negotiations
• Manage intake of new litigation matters and assist in initial case preparation
• Collaborate with team members to transition cases into active litigation
• Ensure client communications and expectations are met and maintained
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism

Requirements

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

Active license to practice law in Texas and in good standing
