The Law Office of Rebecca A. Gonzalez is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney for a high-volume, fast-paced Family Law Firm. We invest in legal marketing and expect our Associates to contribute to growing our business as valued team members. Your commitment to growth and meeting quotas will be properly compensated bi-annually.

Led by Rebecca Gonzalez, our practice is dedicated to helping clients in the San Antonio area and throughout Texas. We offer comprehensive legal services that not only resolve specific legal problems but also develop ongoing attorney-client relationships to address all family law matters over the years.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Managing a mid-level caseload;
• Performing daily tasks to ensure cases progress;
• Communicating and meeting with clients;
• Attending court proceedings;
• Preparing for court;
• Attending mediations;
• Reviewing and drafting legal documents;
• Consulting with potential clients;
• Reviewing cases with Senior Attorneys and Paralegals;
• Inputting billing time entries into the billing system; and
• Reviewing billing hours with Senior Attorneys.

Compensation :

$75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience in Family Law.

Qualifications :

Must be located in San Antonio, with 2-5 years of Family Law experience, ability to handle court hearings, mediate, hold a Texas bar license in good standing, and multi-task effectively. Please submit your resume with a cover letter and two professional references.
