Whats the job?

Youll lead and motivate a high-performance team of 12-15, by attracting, onboarding, and retaining top talent.

Youll manage the performance of the team by setting expectations, monitoring results, giving feedback, and supporting development.

Youll communicate through regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and timely updates via emails, IM, and direct interactions.

Youll managed schedule adherence and time off approvals.

Youll ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal control requirements.

Youll achieve best practices by reviewing claims files, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.

What are we looking for?

Youll have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Youll possess 2+ years of customer service leadership experience.

Youll be proficient in verbal and written communication skills.

Youll have experience in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).

Youll be goal oriented while working in a collaborative team environment.
