Marketing Manager
This is a remote position. We are seeking a Marketing Manager with 3 to 5 years of restaurant experience to lead marketing efforts across multiple brands and 10 locations. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, a passion for brand development, and the ability to drive customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns. (Multi-Brand & Multi-Location Focus)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen market positioning.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives to enhance brand loyalty.
- Manage campaigns and optimize digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and others).
- Leverage AI tools for improved marketing performance and efficiency.
- Oversee graphic design, video creation, and audio production to enhance content quality.
- Analyze trends, business analytics, and market data to make informed decisions.
- Conduct competitors analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Oversee the entire marketing program, including managing campaigns, social media, and testimonials.
- Utilize business intelligence reports and forecasts to improve band content and drive sales.
Requirements :
Qualifications & Skills :
3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in multi-brand environments.Proven ability to drive campaigns and translate data insights into action.Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies.Experience with graphic design, video, and audio creation.Passion for AI-driven marketing solutions.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Tools : Adobe, AI tools such as Suno AI, Midjourney AI, Replicate AI, Microsoft office suite
Preferred Schedule : 40 hours per week / TBD
This role will work closely with a dedicated content creator to ensure a seamless blend of data-driven decision-making and compelling content.
