A company is looking for a Commercial Roofing Estimator, specializing in evaluating and preparing estimates for commercial roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects, including labor, materials, and equipment

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various commercial roofing systems and manufacturers

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications :

5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation

Comprehensive understanding of commercial / industrial roofing system design and installation codes

Proficient with database estimating software, with 3 years of experience using Edge Software preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite : Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word

Must be a motivated self-starter oriented towards teamwork
